TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the CatchFish online store at catchfish.eu (the "Site") and to all purchases made through it. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the Site

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to give accurate and complete information when placing an order and to use the Site only for lawful purposes.

Products and prices

We try to describe and show our products as accurately as possible. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen. Prices are shown in euros and include VAT where applicable. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the price shown when you place your order.

Orders and payment

When you place an order, you make an offer to buy the products. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock or a price was shown incorrectly. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and our payment providers.

Shipping and delivery

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery within the EU usually takes 10–15 business days. Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed dates. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Returns and refunds

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Returns and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under EU or local consumer law.

Product use

Our products are intended for recreational fishing and outdoor use as described on the Site. Please use them as intended and follow local fishing rules and regulations.

Intellectual property

The content of the Site, including text, logos and design, belongs to CatchFish or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, CatchFish is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the Site or our products. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. This does not affect liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Site when you place an order applies to that order.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. If you are a consumer in another EU country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country.
